We give You our bank account data in the order confirmation e-Mail. As soon as Your money arrives we send You a shipment confirmation e-Mail and ship the goods.

When will You order be shipped?
If Your order on a workday before 1.30 pm and do not pay by prepayment or PayPal Your order will usually be shipped by DPD, DHL or Deutsche Post on the same day.
We confirm the shipment by e-Mail. DPD delivers Monday through Friday over the day. If You are not at home You get a notification by the driver and he will retry twice. All shipments are replicable. Please ask us in case it takes longer than expected.
Express: Best ask when ordering or call us. We try to find a flexible solution.

Express delivery: Please call or note it in Your online-order.
If You pay cash on delivery there are C.O.D. fees of EURO 8.50 incl. VAT. The shopping cart shows You the total amount to be paid to the delivery man. There are no further costs. In case of return the C.O.D. fee will not be refunded.
Delivery to Europe incl. Switzerland:
For shipments outside Europe there might be additional fees and customs.
Right of recession, claims, warrenty and process of return:
In case You should not be satisfied with one of our products You are able to either get it replaced or return the unused product within two weeks. You may of course try if Your device fits into it but the desiccant sachet has to be in resellable condition. Below You find further information to right of rescission and return period as well as to claims and process of return.
You made a mistake in the order? Right of recession and return:
You can return any product (bought from us) to us within 14 days from invoice date without giving us a reason. Special orders and consumable supplies are exempted from return and replacement. To keep the term it is sufficient to return the parcel in time. Please let us know in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
For used goods applies:
We reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount for the use of the goods returned in this period if they show signs of use.
Defective goods or transport damage? Wrong goods delivered? Claims and replacement
All deliveries are controlled and packed carefully before being sent.
In case You get wrong or defective goods please contact us. We will sort things out to Your full satisfaction.

As agreed then return the parcel originally packed and sufficiently franked to avoid postage due. Please send the return-sheet with the postage, so that we will know all about the reason of return und to credit or replace the item.

We check the returned goods and transfer to Your bank or credit card account. You get a credit confirmation by e-Mail.
Usually we only refund the goods’ value. Please bear the shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.
You have got to pay for the return shipment if the delivered goods equate to the ordered and the value of the returned goods is 40 € or less or if at a higher value You have not yet paid completely for them at the time of cancellation. Please choose a replicable way of shipment.
If the value of the returned goods is 40 € or more the return shipment is free within Germany. Please choose the cheapest way of shipment and frank the parcel sufficiently to avoid postage due. We refund the postage immediately. Please keep the postal receipt.
Obligations to compensations are to be paid within 30 days after cancellation.
Please note that shipping and handling of Your claim might take a bit of time.
